Ring Keypad (2nd gen) not charging
troubleshooting
Hi, I’ve had my system for over a year now and all works well. The battery on the keypad went down to low but it won’t charge when plugged in. Any suggestions? Martin

Hi @user_0bf6c6. Make sure the provided charging cable is fully plugged into the Keypad and the power outlet. Another troubleshooting step you can try is to reset the Keypad by following the steps in this article https://ring.com/support/articles/6uisx/Troubleshooting-your-Ring-Alarm-Keypad-Gen-2.
