Ring doorbell pro cracked

So after years of ignoring my ring doorbells cracked button and glass surround. I thought I’d call and use my extended warranty home plan that I’ve been paying for the last 5 years. And get a replacement button/glass surround if possible. I get fobbed off with a discount code saying they don’t cover physical damage? I mean I get they don’t cover accidental damage etc but the button/glass is cracked due exposure to the elements and the plastics used are not fit for purpose. All I need is a new button, I don’t want to buy a new £200 doorbell for the sake of a button. Not very pleased with the customer support.
