Ring Chime 2nd Gen

Ring chime 2nd Gen, was connected and has been operating perfectly for last 18 months. It has now lost it connection, i have tried following all the reset procedures to no avail. (no network changes)  At present when i reset (15secs) the green light comes up but does not flash , i try to connect via Iphone no joy , no ring network 35 on wifi.    After a few minutes the Chime led goes blue and flashes continuously.  This chime has been unplugged and reset numerous times.....same result every time.  Any ideas?  thanks in advance.
