Pan and tilt not working?

Black version. And this. https://www.ebay.com/itm/XXXX I didn't realize the eBay link was USB C and not barrel for my 3rd gen stickup cam. I got 2 solar panels fory spotlight plus cameras I got from homedepot. They came with USB C to barrel adapters. They work for my solar panels. But they do not power the camera or pan and tilt base adapter. The adapter I linked from ebay is not busted because the USB C powers my spotlight plus cameras. But not my stickup cam 3rd gen. It's brand new so it can't be broken either. And a solar panel works. So not bad port either. And I don't think ring name a barrel AC adapter. So the USB C to barrel is just not enough to power my stickup 3rd gen camera.
