Outside Christmas sound
troubleshooting
Hello all. I’ve got a ring doorbell. I do not have a chime. Around Christmas I was able to change my doorbell to say ho ho ho merry Christmas and now I can’t get it to turn off or find the setting to change it. Any tips?! *this is not the chime it’s just the doorbell outside

Hi @user_93c721. You can change notification sounds under Device Settings > Notification Settings > App Alert Tones. You can select a tone for ring and motion alerts. I hope this helps! 😊
