New Ring Charging Station not working

I want to use this new Ring Charging Station to charge my Ring Spotlight Cam battery on, but the Charging Station doesn't have any lights on, I tried many times and I use the ring's cable and adapter。 I'm running out of battery, can anyone help me?

Hi @user23548. Try checking to make sure that the power cable on your Ring Charging Station is fully seated and there is nothing in the port obstructing it from being plugged in all the way. I would also try plugged this into different outlets to see if you can get power. Let me know if this helps
