Faulty Chime Pro

Hi All. I have a faulty chime pro and it looks like the locking nut has come off of the inside giving me a faulty ariel. The unit is about 14 months old? Is it under warrenty? it still works just has a wonky loose ariel image attached ... Many Thanks
