Hey @Waddyuk. The Chime Pro should definitely help out if you're getting this message about a poor wifi connection! You mostly likely also have a high RSSI for your Doorbell, and we recommend a Chime Pro in this case. You can learn more about RSSI in our Community post [here](https://community.ring.com/t5/Ring-Device-Tips-and-How-To-s/How-it-Works-Your-Ring-Device-RSSI-Good-vs-Poor/ba-p/751#M4). If you get the Chime Pro, you will set it up in the app, and then reconnect the Doorbell to that Chime Pro Network, so please let me know if it seems to help! :)
