DIN Rail Transformer for Wired Video Doorbells (2nd generation)

Hello My DIN Rail Transformer for Wired Video Doorbells (2nd generation) has stopped working in less than a year since purchase, and is no longer charging up my doorbell. I've used a multimeter to test the input and output of the transformer, and I have 240v going in, and 0v coming out. Can anyone help? Thanks.

It sounds like the transformer has failed. Make sure the replacement unit is approved for use with Ring devices.

Hi @Theogermal. Is there any damage to the wiring along the doorbell circuit? If you don't feel comfortable checking it, I'd suggest consulting a qualified electrician. If the wiring appears to have no issues but the transformer is still not putting off power, please get in touch with our [support team](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036196372-Contact-Us#callus) for further assistance.
