troubleshooting
Hi, couple days ago I unplagged my chime and when I plagged in chime went offline. I can finish set up, it going up to 95%. There is no error id. I reinstall ring app, and my router is working fine. This chime was conneced to the same wifi from 12 months already.This is Chime 2nd Gen, I restart my router but can not finish set up

Hi @user_1e66b8. Try resetting the Chime by holding down the button on the side for about 15 seconds. After the reset is done, walk through a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. If the Chime is still unresponsive, please follow up with our social support team @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram.
