ChimeGen2 Blue/Green flash, unresponsive

My doorbell/chimeGen2 has been working for a few years.  Suddenly it's failed, with Chime flashing alternately blue & green.  There was no change to the network.  The reset button is ignored for any time period up to a minute.  I'm guessing it's maybe a failed software update, but what to do, as it won't reset ? I detect chimepro-fa.home at 54:E0:19:5D:C8:FA even now.

Hi @user_f2fb03. When the Ring Chime's light is flashing blue and green, this indicates either a firmware update, or a factory reset. Holding down the reset button on the side for about 15 seconds will reset the Chime. Once that's done, try walking through the steps under Set Up a Device in the Ring app to see if you can reconnect it to your wifi network. For the Ring Doorbell, you can reset this by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. Make sure the Doorbell is receiving sufficient power when you reset it. Just like with the Chime, complete a new setup in the Ring app for the Doorbell to reconnect it. If you run into any errors during the setup process, we have some troubleshooting steps that may help. Should this issue persist, and you're unable to reconnect your Ring Doorbell and Chime, our support team can provide further assistance. You can get in touch at one of the numbers here, or on Facebook @Ring.
