Hi @Scott1465. If you find that your Chime isn't responding, I'd suggest trying a few different power outlets as well as trying a reset. You can reset the Chime by holding down the reset button for at least 15 seconds. If it's still not responding, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406).
