Chime pro (1st gen) is dead

no lights ever anymore. just a little over 2 years old have tried the reset button for 5, 15, 30 seconds. nothing works on it this started when I moved it from one outlet to another. and yes, the outlet I'm trying with has power and is close to the router. I think it's dead, Jim!
