Chime green light

My chime stopped working, tried to reconnect but just kept getting solid green light, removed it from my account in the hope that adding it back would solve problem but no just keep getting solid green

    Hi @user_8057c3. Try plugging the Chime into a different outlet, one that you have ensured has power. Then hold down the reset button on the side for about 15 seconds to perform a reset. After the reset is complete, try walking through the setup process in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. If the Chime doesn't complete the setup after trying these steps, our support team can provide further assistance.
