Chime. Blue light flashes once then nothing
Had our new Ring doorbell for over a year. All fine. Chime has decided not to work. Unplugged it and waited ten seconds. Plugged it back in. Blue light flashes once then nothing. Held the side button in for a variety of durations from 5-60 seconds and no green light. Have deleted it from my app to try to reinstall but still the same. WiFi good. Power good. Nothing has changed. Help!

Hi @user_0d9873. The main troubleshooting steps available for the Ring Chime are to plug it into a different outlet, and to reset it by holding down the button on the side for 15 seconds. Once you've reset the Chime, walk through the steps under Set Up a Device in the Ring app to reconnect it. Make sure the Chime is within range of your wifi router, and ensure your connection is providing 2.4GHz.
