Chime 1st gen not working with new Battery Doorbell PRO

@Caitlyn_Ring I just upgraded my old Ring Doorbell to a Battery Doorbell Pro. Now the CHIME ( 1st gen) does not sound when the doorbell is pressed. I DO get an alert in my android phone when the doorbell is pressed but no sound on the CHIME. I read that this was an issue last year, but now I am having this issue. The chime status is Ok in my app, the sound test works and I can change the sounds. The problem is that the Chime does not work with my Doorbell. What do you recommend?
