Cannot get chime green light to flash

On initial plug-in to the outlet the green light will flicker on for a second but holding the button in for 5 seconds or greater than 15 seconds it will not flash regardless it probably went offline you know 15-20 days ago I have verified all network settings because since I have extremely high security on my home network I had to make sure the MAC address was in place which is an in fact true I think the chime is bad but looking just for a second opinion since the green light won't flash with the 15 second restart nor other than that initial flash on it's plugged into an AC Outlet I think we have a situation where we've got a chime that has went out of service after many months of good use multiple Outlets do not fix the issue
