2nd Gen Chime not connecting to wifi

Hello, we’ve had our ring chime for 2 years and worked fine until last night, it stopped working. I’ve tried to reconnect it but it won’t, I’ve reset it, reset my phone, rest my wifi router and still not working. When i set up new device it gets to the point where it wants me to connect to temporary network and won’t work/connect to anything. I’ve tried on my boyfriend’s phone as well as mine and having the same issues. We both have iPhones. Can anyone help? Thanks
