2nd Gen chime flashing blue and not entering set-up mode
troubleshooting

We have moved house and when trying to reconnect the 2nd Gen chime to the Wi-Fi it is permanently flashing blue so we cannot get into the set-up mode to enter the correct wi-Fi password. How do we do this?

    Hi @user_24a594. A blue flashing light indicates that the Chime is "connecting". Tr moving the Chime closer to your router, just for initial connection. If that doesn't work, follow the steps outlined here in this Help Center article.
