2nd Gen chime flashing blue and not entering set-up mode
troubleshooting

We have moved house and when trying to reconnect the 2nd Gen chime to the Wi-Fi it is permanently flashing blue so we cannot get into the set-up mode to enter the correct wi-Fi password. How do we do this?
