Will the Ring security system work in the UK if the WiFi is not available. I understand there is a cellular back up in the US but what is the deal with the UK?

On the Product Page [here](https://en-uk.ring.com/pages/security-system#shopify-section-pdp-disclaimers), you can find that Cellular Backup is available with a [Ring Protect Plan subscription](https://en-uk.ring.com/pages/protect-plans).
