Where to print out return label?

I contacted the customer service today to arrange the return of my ring security kit. The cs said an email would be sent to me soon for the label printing. Several hours have passed and I have not found the email in the mailbox or SPAM. Can anyone help me with it? I don't want to wait for another hour to speak to cs again. Thanks!
