What is the "short break" after motion detected in "regularly" frequency?

Hi folks - new to Ring and this forum. So far so good - we love it.I read that: "Regularly: Motion detection takes a short break after each Motion Alert. Medium battery life."What is a "short break"??? This is somewhat crucial to understand if this setting is appropriate, no? Is it 5 seconds? 1 minute? more?Thank you!
