What IP addresses and ports are required for the Ring system?

Hi, I'd like to know what IP addresses and ports are used by the Ring system. I'm referring to what the cameras themselves use both outbound and inbound. Also, what IP addresses and ports does the iPhone and Android Ring app use? Perhaps Ring.com IP and http and https but I'd like to confirm. Also, I would like to know if these are static or do they ever change. In a firewall environment where there is strict security, I would need to know what IP addresses and ports are necessary.
