Videos will not download to computer to save
troubleshooting

Videos used to download and save to the computer, up to 50 at a time.  In the last week I am unable to download and save any videos.  I am on a Windows desktop computer that is hard wired to the modem/router (so it is not a wifi issue) and I have great download speeds of 500 Mbps up to a gigabyte.   I do not have a VPN on.  Now I can't even do 25 at a time.  It tells me to "Wait while it gathers the videos" and that it can take up to 3 minutes to please wait.  So I do.  I wait and wait and wait.  It finally stops spinning with no error message and never asks me where to save them.  It doesn't even save them to the last location that worked.  It just does nothing.  I've seen this complaint multiple times over the last 4 years from other customers.  But the complaint goes on for several pages and never do I see any resolution.  What is the fix for this?  It has to be on Rings end as nothing has changed on my computer.

    Hi @Cindy62712. Which web browser and version are you using to download videos? Have you tried a different web browser? If you have access to a different computer or laptop, can you please try downloading a video on there to see if the issue persists?

      I've tried two different desktop computers.  Chrome and FireFox. I finally called over a week ago and spoke to tech support.  He was to work on the problem and get back to me in an email in a day or two but I never heard back from him.  I can't just sit and wait for the spinning circle forever so I gave up and finally just tried again today.  I can download 1 video today (which didn't work before) but I still can't download more than 1 and I am now close to a month behind!!  I am paying to keep these videos and I you won't protect them on your storage so you have got to give us the ability to save them to our computer!  I do not want to save them to my cell phone as it would take up too much storage space.
