Using masonry anchors supplied in perforated or hollow bricks on house?

As I think about which type of security camera I may want to purchase and how they are attached to different exterior home surfaces, I remembered that the bricks on the front of our home are the "perforated" type (not totally solid bricks). Does anyone know if the masonry anchors supplied in the Ring camera and doorbell kits work okay in the "perforated" bricks? Thanks.
