Upgrading Ring Plan Without Losing Current Subscription Value?
Hi everyone, On September 13, 2024, I renewed my subscription with the Home Basic Plan for my Ring Doorbell. However, following a recent house break-in, we’ve since invested in additional security by purchasing four more cameras and the alarm system. I’d like to upgrade my plan to ensure I get coverage for the new devices, as the basic plan only covers the doorbell. However, I’m concerned about the cost implications, as it’s been less than two months since I purchased the Home Basic Plan. It would feel like a waste if I were to pay for a new plan without receiving any credit or adjustment for the existing subscription. Is an option to transition to a new plan while taking the current subscription into account? I’d greatly appreciate your assistance in finding a solution that minimizes any financial loss.
