Upgrading plan

Hi, My yearly basic plan just renewed. I have just recieved some of your camera's so I want to move to the bigger plan. Can I 'upgrade' my current plan? So I am not wasting the amount I just paid for my basic plan? thanks.

If you would like to upgrade your plan and make sure you get a [prorated refund](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022109431-Upgrading-Changing-or-Canceling-your-Ring-Protect-Plan) for any unused plan time, it would be best to give our support a call at 1-800-656-1918 so they can help you with that over the phone.
