Unable to post video to neighbors

Unable to post a video of a man walking up to our front step and taking pictures of the door/windows and then leaving. Ring reviews the post then takes it down. Email says it does not meet criteria that would be important to neighbors? Have tried to upload many times under different categories, also tried to upload the description without the video. No luck.

Hi @brandonh1993. For this concern, it would be best to reach out to the Neighbors team directly. You can simply reply to the email that was sent to you by the Neighbors team and open a conversation with them. The Ring Community is a neighbor to neighbor support forum and it does not correlate to a post on the Neighbors app. :slightly_smiling_face:
