Transfering to new owner
The previous owner of our new home left us the Ring devices and "deleted the app" so we could takeover. I've explained that would not release the devices to us, but they don't seem to quite understand and I don't want to be too pushy. I've requested the transfer by the Ring app and been told it would take 15 days and show a "transfer in progress" message. It's now been longer than 15 days and the "transfer in progress" message has never shown. Is there anything I can do?
