Subscription issue
I signed up to pay monthly but they’ve taken £79 out of my account! Then sent me a email saying next payment is due next month!! How do I contact a human. The chat is absolutely useless. Is there a email address?

Hi @user_12e1b6. You can manage your Ring Home subscription at any time by logging into your account on Ring.com, then clicking the Plan tab. This should show you what plan you currently have, and give you the option to cancel if needed. I would not recommend using our chat support for billing inquiries, as they are better suited to handling general questions.
