Subscription issue

I signed up to pay monthly but they’ve taken £79 out of my account! Then sent me a email saying next payment is due next month!! How do I contact a human. The chat is absolutely useless. Is there a email address?

    Hi @user_12e1b6. You can manage your Ring Home subscription at any time by logging into your account on Ring.com, then clicking the Plan tab. This should show you what plan you currently have, and give you the option to cancel if needed.   I would not recommend using our chat support for billing inquiries, as they are better suited to handling general questions. For support with billing inquiries, please reach out to our support team directly via phone, or @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram.

      UK phone does not work - the number is not in use, I have tried it this morning.

    The UK number is down for me too, so I called the US number. They were happy to sort my problem. (Duff ring doorbell 2 lens, out of warranty, so they gave me a 35% discount code that I could use on the UK website)

      Hey there. With the UK number, are you calling from a cell phone or a landline? Certain cellular providers don't work and you must dial from a landline.
