I'm in Australia and have purchased the Ring Video Doorbell and have downloaded the App onto my phone (Samsung) today. I'm stuck in the 'Account Verification' screen in the App because it doesn't recognise the format of my Australian Mobile number. I'm stuck on this screen because I can't even 'go back'?? Help!

    Hi @EmmaR_AU. Are you receiving an error message when you enter your phone number? Feel free to add a screenshot demonstrating what you're seeing on your end, just make sure to cover up any personal information.

      @EmmaR_AU Thanks for sharing that screenshot. Do you have a VPN installed on your phone? If you do, please disable it and see if you can complete the sign up process, as the Ring app doesn't support the use of VPNs. Also, I'd suggest force closing the app completely and then reopening it to try to start the sign-up process again.
