Stolen device need replacement

I have been trying to contact the customer service number but it’s busy to inform them about my stolen device.

    Hi @Sharninaj26. I'm sorry to hear that your Ring device has been stolen. We experienced an [AWS outage](https://community.ring.com/t/current-aws-outage-6-13-2023/207146) on 6/13/2013 which affected our phone lines. This outage has since been resolved, so you should be able to contact our [support team](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406#callus) now. Before contacting support, make sure to request a copy of the police report that was initially filed at the time of the theft.
