Still have not received refund from September

I ordered a security system through ring and less than 5 days later sent it back and still have not received a refund this was in September the box with the return label was returned in September under 30 days and now its September and I have no product or refund I was informed that it may take some time the first time and I understood and gave it some time but come on it's December support keep saying someone is going to give me a call or follow up and I never get one!
