Shared notifications to my wife’s iPhone
I would like my wife to also get motion and doorbell notifications on her iPhone - I have failed up to now, can someone help please?

I have had my wife listed as a Shared User, but she still does not get door bell notifications on her cell?????

If your wife is a Shared User and has access to the Doorbell on her app but is not getting notifications, try the following steps: - Verify that her Ring app and phone are up-to-date with the latest versions. - Verify she has the [Ring and Motion Alerts toggle](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/210052646-Getting-Notifications-for-Ring-Doorbells-and-Security-Cameras) enabled in the Ring app. - Verify she has notification permissions enabled for the Ring app in her phone settings. - Disable any active VPNs on the phone. Hi @user52241. Have you finished adding your wife as a Shared User? If so, can she see the Doorbell in her Ring app but not get notifications?
