Hi @imjacobclark. The [Do Not Disturb](https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=G2DE4XF7SW2HG3CJ) feature on Alexa Echo devices blocks notifications, such as calls and messages to your device. Ring Alarm sounds would be included in the category of blocked messages. The Do Not Disturb feature doesn't block alarms, timers, or reminders set on the Alexa device itself.
