Ring stick up 3rd generation
I have a wireless stick up cam 3rd generation . It worked great until I switched WiFi to spectrum fiber on a WiFi 6 router. I have tried everything I called spectrum 5 or 6 times. I had a tech come to our house. Bought a router that I could split 2ghz and 5ghz. Called ring support 3 times. Nothing has worked. Does anyone have a solution for this? If I cannot get this camera connected is there any cameras that will work on this type of WiFi?

Hi @user16775. As a test, try connecting this Stick-Up Cam to a WiFi hotspot. If you are able to successfully connect to the WiFi hotspot, you might have to make some adjustments to your network. You can also try resetting the camera by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then releasing. Let me know how this goes.

UYes I have connected to a hot spot no problem. I have talked to our internet provider 5 times and technician come to our house. I have tried 3 or 4 different routers with no success. I have reset the camera many times and got the settings sent in the email and I gave them to our internet provider. I just give up.
