Ring server down at around 2:00 this morning?

troubleshooting

i heard super loud alarm sound from the Chimes, then wake up and found Ring Protect can not provide me any clips history, apparently, Ring server was down.  Would you explain the event?

Hi @Q6hsjow. Our team identified multiple issues with Ring systems on July 30th, 22:40 UTC. This affected things like Live View, video recordings, and the Event History. This issue was resolved on July 31st, 5:20 UTC, so your devices should be working properly now. You can always check for system issues at status.ring.com.
