Ring Protect Discount no longer works on sale items

You adverstise that ring subscribers get 10% discount and now it does not work on sale items. I might as well buy it from bestbuy or someone else since there is no discount for loyal customers here at Ring.com. Furthermore, you still do not have a Canadian site and we're paying almost 45% more on each dollar after the exchange and credit card fees.
