I have attempted to purchase RING products form the on line RING site..Payment was made by VISA DebitThe funds were received by RINGRINGS.s own internal VERIFICATION Team then cancelled the order due to 'payment format' issuesThe telephone and online customer services team cannot answer when questioned ,,what does 'payment format' issues mean?I have used this payment method before with no problems!Worldwide recognised payment method!!Any ideas???
