Ring network only 2.4 GHz

This is probably elsewhere in the forums, but I wanted to highlight that most of the Ring products only work on 2.4 GHz networks. If you are having trouble connecting to your WiFi and you have a newer gateway, this may be the problem. Newer gateways will try to transparently manage the connections between 2.4 and 5 GHz networks. You can log into your gateway and force it to separately identify the 2.4 GHz network and the 5 GHz network. Once you have done that, point your ring to the 2.4 GHz network and you should be able to connect.
