Ring App on Computer

Question

I cannot see my Ring Car Cam as a device, or my Neighbors Feed on my Ring app (Microsoft) on my computer. The computer app is only looking for home-based Ring devices. Any ideas on how to add my Ring Car Cam to the computer app?

Hi @user40577. The Ring Desktop App has been discontinued, therefore newer Ring devices will not be able to be viewed there. This Community [post](https://community.ring.com/t/ring-desktop-app-discontinuation/81123) will go over the Ring Desktop App being discontinued.
