Hi @Beades. Make sure your Ring App and your phone's OS are both fully updated, and that any VPNs you have are disabled. You can also try accessing the Modes settings on the device profile page for your Camera. In the Ring App, tap the menu in the top left > Devices > your Camera > Mode Settings > Customize Mode Settings at the bottom of the page. Let me know if that works for you! :)
