  Thanks for the reply. I went to a friend's house and seen his and all is well. Except one thing and it's the main reason I'm here I was just trying to go over everything bit by bit. I have searched the web for hours and hours, YouTube also and I'm going crazy.  A while back getting the Ring camera feed on the LG CX was a breeze and it worked. After updates, I tried it again and instead of the ring camera feed, I get the "get started" in the Alexa app. After finishing the set up the ring feed shows loading but not the feed and quits. I look in the settings section of the  Alexa app on the tv and the tv is listed but not the Ring cameras.  I guess it's a yes to your reply, lol. I see the Ring cameras and tv on the mobile Alexa app just not the cameras in the tv's Alexa app. Whew sure hope this was sensible reading lol. Thanks again for your reply.

  Hi @user_882be2. lol no worries, I understand your concern. When Alexa devices are no longer working correctly with the Ring Skill, we have this page with steps to help. If the steps don't help, you will have to reach out to Alexa support to further investigate this with you.
