Refund issued but to closed card

I got an email that I was being refunded for my basic plan. $15 (from the $30/yr) Yay, great right? Not so much because they sent to my old card from a year ago. The card that’s closed and the bank account that’s closed. Yes I have updated to my new card. That’s how I upgraded to the $20 a month plan. I get on chat and I tell Ring rep this. They told me to contact my bank. I told them that wouldn’t help as I’m not with that bank anymore. The rep couldn’t help me at that point. So what do I do now?
