Rapid ring setup question
I downloaded the app. And logged in to Rapid Ring as primary user. It says "Please set up a Ring Camera to use the Ring App + "Open the Ring App" Shouldnt the devices be shown in Rapid Rings first page without any new camera setup? When I click on "Open the Ring app" - it does so and I se all my devices as usual. When I turn motion alert ON and go to the RING APP the status also changes there to ON. So I can not figure out how to make the Rapid Ring work as expected... Can you point me in the right direction - what to do?

C@Stubbis Yes, try resetting your password in the Ring App before signing into the Rapid Ring App. Additionally, try uninstalling the Rapid Ring App, restarting your phone, and reinstalling it. If that doesn't do the trick to resolve this, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). They can take a deeper look into this for you. We’re taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19, so this has resulted in longer than normal wait times. If you are outside of the US, please read our response to COVID-19 [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360041597471) to see how to contact support. :)

Hi @Stubbis. Are you signing into the Rapid Ring App with the same email address and password that you use for the Ring App? You'll need to use the same login credentials in order to view your devices. Also, are you the owner of the Ring Devices, or are you a Shared User on them?
