Promo code for faceplate
I received a promo code for a free face plate with the first ring pro 2 I installed. 2 days later I installed another one. Linked to same user but never got a second promo code. Can I get another one for the second ring doorbell?Also the ring doorbells are at different locations. But the trail plan is showing expires from first install. Even though I would be required to buy 2 separate plans since they are at different locations. Is there a plan that will cover all rings from differnt locations w one plan?

Hi @user73239. For your faceplate, please follow up with our support team. You can also get in touch by sending a private message @Ring on Facebook or Twitter. As for your Ring Protect Plan, all plans are location-specific, and there are no multi-location plans.
