Play back is grey and pixely

Playback or viewing my cam and the screen goes grey couple of missing pixels and you can see its showing under the grey

    Hi @user81933. I would recommend trying these troubleshooting steps for your concern:Reboot your Ring device using the Ring app.Reboot your router by unplugging it from power for a few seconds and plugging it back in.Verify your Ring device has good signal strength.If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.

      Was this resolved? I’m having the same problem. And I’m pretty sure it is not a router signal/band width problem. It is not a problem on live view. Only when viewing recordings.
