Placed order 10 days ago, still hasn’t shipped and can’t contact customer service
So approximately 10 days ago I purchased the plug in adapter for the video pro 2. I wasn’t in a rush because when I ordered the doorbell it said it wouldn’t ship for 2-3 weeks. I ordered the doorbell the day prior not realizing that I had no doorbell hardwired into my home so immediately went and purchased the adapter. The doorbell arrived within days of purchase. I ended up also purchasing the transformer and doorbell wires through Amazon(on 8/17)and those came the day after the doorbell. We opted to go with the transformer and running our own wires at that point and installed the doorbell. I have attempted to contact the company in regards to the plug in adapter order to see if they had an expected shipping date because we do have another ring doorbell we can use that on. So far we’ve gotten nowhere. 45 minute hold times that never end and no way of contacting someone over a chat option. At this point I just want to see will I ever get my $28 purchase and in what year should I expect to receive it. Has anyone else had unusually longer shipping times? Their website has no delay noted on the item, which they usually will state on the item if there is.
