Hi @user_4806fa. Try using a different charging cable, charging block and electrical outlet. It should only take 8 hours to fully charge a battery. If your battery is old, and has been exposed to extreme conditions, either hot or cold temperatures, it may have been completely depleted.

I experienced a similar issue with my Ring Video Doorbell (2nd Gen) and the P3-11 error code.  Here's my experience and a potential solution that worked for me: -Background- Purchased on Prime Day 2024, installed in October 2024. One full charge cycle since installation. No solar panels or hardwiring; battery removed for indoor charging. -The Issue- Battery dropped to 30% just before Christmas. Extremely cold temperatures (-3 to -5°C) during that week. Noticed moisture on the back of the doorbell (not near charging port).Dried off moisture carefully, away from ports and contacts. Charged for 12 hours on December 27th and reinstalled. By December 31st, battery at 3% with P3-11 error. Wouldn't charge with provided cable or new micro-USB cable. -Troubleshooting Steps- Held reset button - device rebooted but still wouldn't charge. Plugged in and held reset - reverted to setup mode. Reconfigured the device. Charging light started blinking intermittently, looked interrupted asif it was struggling to take a charge.  After 10 minutes, solid charging began. While these steps worked for me, I think it's possible that the device simply needed time to reacclimatise from the cold outdoor temperature. Overall, it took about an hour before it started charging again. -Current Status- Now charging properly (recognised in the app as "hardwired"). Will monitor battery health after a full charge cycle and report back. I do have some concerns... Potential manufacturing fault with battery insulation and moisture getting between the doorbell and the faceplate? Lithium batteries may struggle in extreme temperatures? Ring should investigate and address this issue. If you're experiencing similar problems, try these steps to get your doorbell charging again.  However, be patient and allow time for the device to adjust to indoor temperatures. I'll update on the battery health after a full charge. I do think Ring should consider this a potential manufacturing issue, especially given the doorbell's outdoor purpose. Refunds or replacements might be necessary if it's confirmed as a widespread problem. Here is a video of what looks like an interrupted charge:

Hi @user_e60910. It is well documented that cold weather negatively impacts the lithium-ion batteries, such as those used in Ring devices. We have information on what the effects are here. Once the weather warms up, you should no longer see these same issues occurring.    Moisture, like condensation, can happen depending on the weather conditions your Doorbell is installed in. Some moisture on the exterior after rain or snow shouldn't cause any issues. If moisture gets inside the Doorbell at all, please contact our support team directly to report the damage.

Just a quick note to let you know that I allow my battery to come to room temperature before recharging.  I figured since the cold diminishes the charge it would be best to allow the cold battery to warm before charging.  That is also why I bought a 2nd battery  :-) I don't have a moisture issue with mine, so no help there. Good luck.
