Only two chime tones available

Hello all, I only have 2 chime tones to choose from. I have reinstalled the ring app and restarted my phone. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to regain the once available tones??? Thank you, -M

For some reason I only have two chimes to chose from?? Any idea what happened to the others? I have reinstalled the app and restarted my phone… No luck…

Hi @Mjhogstrom12. Can you please share a screenshot of where in the Ring app you are seeing only two alert tones available? Are you changing the alert tone for a Ring Chime, or a different Ring device?
